Our Site offers a variety of services under categories such as rehearsals & jams, recording services, mix/master & music post, film audio post, podcasts & audiobooks, independent artist/creator specials, and studio subscriptions. Additional features and services may be added over time.

Bay Owl Studios does not control third-party links, and we assume no responsibility for third-party content, practices, or policies. Use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

 

ELIGIBILITY

Users must be 18 years or older to access our services. Users under 18 may only use this Site with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.

Accepted payment methods are credit/debit cards, UPI, and other methods available through our payment processors. Refunds are generally not available, and all revisions must be requested in writing within the scope of the service package.

All materials on bayowl.studio, including logos, graphics, audio, video, and software, are proprietary to Bay Owl Studios or licensed for use. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND LICENCE

By submitting content to bayowl.studio, you grant Bay Owl Studios a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, and display your content for service provision and promotional purposes. You retain ownership but allow Bay Owl Studios to use your artist name, trademarks, and related metadata for these purposes. Content removal requests may not prevent retention of server copies.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

– Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bay Owl Studios regarding your use of bayowl.studio.

– Severability: If any provision is deemed invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
